GPSR Audit

Terms of service

The terms under which PIXELQUALITY - LDA provides GPSR Audit. Last updated 18 October 2026.

1. Who we are and who this is for

GPSR Audit is operated by PIXELQUALITY - LDA (NIPC 518314952), Rua da Igreja n.º 10, 4490-517 Póvoa de Varzim, Portugal. The service is intended for professional sellers on Amazon marketplaces. By using it you confirm that you act for a business.

2. The services

3. EU Responsible Person mandate

Paid plans include an EU Responsible Person mandate. It takes effect only once a separate written mandate contract has been signed between you and PIXELQUALITY - LDA. Until that contract is signed, we act neither as your Responsible Person nor as your authorised representative, and the compliance attributes we write use the contact details you provide.

4. What we do not promise

Amazon decides whether to accept a submission, lift a block or reinstate a listing, and when. Any timing we mention is an observation, not a commitment. We do not guarantee that your products, listings or packaging are compliant, or that you will not be suspended. Responsibility for the safety and conformity of your products remains yours.

5. Your responsibilities

You must give accurate information, be entitled to connect the Amazon account you authorise, and keep your access credentials confidential. You must not misuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, or use it to submit information you know to be false.

6. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, PIXELQUALITY - LDA is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of sales, profit or listings resulting from decisions taken by Amazon or by authorities. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or any right you have under mandatory law.

7. Personal data

How we handle personal data is described on the Privacy page.

8. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; the date of the last update is shown at the top, and changes that affect a paid plan will be notified before they apply. Portuguese law governs these terms, without depriving you of the mandatory protections of the country where you are established.
